At Victory House, our goal is to uplift life's meaning by offering a holistic, inclusive environment designed to foster independence, mental wellness, support, and community inclusion for all participants and caregivers.
Individualized Care
Our person-centered 'Strive to Thrive' Program Model goes beyond traditional adult day center services. Our program model was specifically designed to offer a holistic approach focused on wellness, enrichment, independence, social engagement, life skills, community involvement, and purposeful daily experiences. Our goal is to assist and encourage EVERY participant to "strive" and "thrive" physically, emotionally, socially, and personally in life.
Serving Diverse Populations
Unlike many programs, we embrace diversity at Victory House bringing together seniors, veterans, and adults with disabilities in a shared, inclusive and safe environment. This unique approach promotes stronger community connections, reduces isolation, and creates meaningful relationships across generations and life experiences.
